		<description>What's the point? Just by the nature of moving this fast, you would automatically generate significant momentum, which would be doing much of the "lifting" phase for you. Most people who attempt this will be doing 1/2 to 3/4 movement push-ups anyway. Why not just post a challenge of 100 consecutive "strict form" push-ups, performed slowly and using CORRECT form, without stopping? Much more difficult to accomplish...</description>
